One of my newest favorite shops to swoon over is Layers Clothing. With fashion that is modest and classic, yet fresh and sassy at the same time – they’ve applied this concept to their swimwear collection as well! I received their Farrah swimsuit to try out and I just swooned over the cut and colors! I love the pop of green. It’s so vibrant and lovely:

Cherry leaf print and apple green halter tankini. Mini accordion pleat detail along v-neck line. Front lined top with removable bra pads. Fully lined bottoms with fold over band detail. Nylon/Spandex.

I’m excited to see the new styles due out next week! Keeping up with what’s new at Layers is easy. On the Layers Clothing blog, they host Fabulously Free Fridays along with other specials. You can also follow them on Twitter, Facebook and even Myspace. I just adore their clothing styles, especially how flattering and modest everything is. The length of their shirts are just right. While reading their blog, I was quite impressed with my findings. Here’s an excerpt discussing their classic tee and it’s design purpose:

To hide the mommy pooch, cover the “girls” up, mask the muffin top, block the bend over booty crack, and most important: allowing comfort & versatility to be added to today’s trends and your wardrobe.

Another plus for me? The price. C’mon now, I’m a frugal fashionista and savvy shopper after all! But that doesn’t mean I am going to start looking like a schlumpadinka. Nope! With their basics starting at $15, affordable shapewear around $25, and tops “topping” $32, Layers Clothing has every one’s budget in mind.
