Trust me when I say we don't normally look this idyllic, picturesque, +/or gussied up. In fact if you were to drop by unannounced {please don't} I'd be makeup free, in jeans and a tee, and my hair would be a hot mess.
Charlie might look like this though. Probably making that face, too. But nonetheless, this is me and my itty bitty family.

My tip is to get hand me down clothes, since they grow out of them so quickly
Baby swings + rechargeable batteries = a little bit of sleep with twins
always carry baby wipes for quick spills and trade baby clothes with other moms
A must-have baby product for me would be a pacifier.
