Another adorable Disney movie to add to our Holiday collection! Mickey’s Magical Christmas: Snowed in at the House of Mouse is a great way to get you and your kids in the Christmas spirit! A slough of your favorite Disney friends {old and new} are all together at the House of the Mouse – that alone is so neat to see. Some Disney fans may remember the television series House of Mouse, a floor show night club of sorts; which is the same idea for this holiday movie. Mickey, true to form, tries to make the best out of the situation by continuing the Christmas celebration with everyone. Meanwhile, Donald slips into a Scroogetastic grump slump, proving to be the biggest challenge for the group. The whole gang tries to lift his spirits and remind him why the holidays are such a special time – especially when spent with family and friends.
There are mini cartoon clips woven into the main story line like Mickey’s Christmas Carol, The Nutcracker {which I especially found endearing}, and Pluto’s Christmas Tree. I found it to be a good blend of old and new clips, a nice refresher with some of my childhood favorites.

*Episode of animated series House of Mouse. — I would suggest you watch this first if you are unfamiliar with the show to get a better appreciation of the DVD feature.

Trust me when I say we don't normally look this idyllic, picturesque, +/or gussied up. In fact if you were to drop by unannounced {please don't} I'd be makeup free, in jeans and a tee, and my hair would be a hot mess.
Charlie might look like this though. Probably making that face, too. But nonetheless, this is me and my itty bitty family.
