W/W Let’s PLAY!
Saturday we had Sister #3 and her family over for UFC #105 — I served Black Bean Chipotle Chicken Chili {yum, by the way!} It had been a while since we had a fight night, and it had also been a while since her youngest was around Charlie. Quite a bit had changed from his last interaction with her. She can RUN now! Like… a lot!And my goodness. The two of them were chasing each other, giggling, tripping, falling, laughing, and starting all over again. It was adorable to watch and I felt like I was on some level giving my obnoxious neighbors below us the bird – BOOYAH! Yes they ran. Carefree from her room to play with toys to the living room weaving through the adults, to the kitchen under my feet when I was cooking. Pure joy. Charlie kept trying to hug him, it was so stinkin’ cute.
P.S. If you link up here, it will automatically link at Extraordinary Mothers and vise versa.
