Trust me when I say we don't normally look this idyllic, picturesque, +/or gussied up. In fact if you were to drop by unannounced {please don't} I'd be makeup free, in jeans and a tee, and my hair would be a hot mess.
Charlie might look like this though. Probably making that face, too. But nonetheless, this is me and my itty bitty family.

I wish I could say that I've done more, but I HAVE been saving all of my mags, catalogs, newspapers and junk mail in a canvas tote. When the tote is full, I walk it up to my son's school and empty it into the school recycling bin!

We make our life greener by regularly recycling everything possible. We also use CFLs, Energy Star appliances, and reusable shopping bags. We combine driving trips to save mileage — and turn things like lights off when not in use. *Thanks* for the giveaway!

We are increasing our recycling, and we are trying to select more organic and natural foods in the stores. We also started growing some tomato plants a couple of weeks ago, and we planted strawberry seeds over the weekend.
I try to buy a lot of our produce from the local, organic farmers' market.
