I think a great bra has potential to be woman’s best friend. Really. So often women wear bras that do them little to no justice. And the same can be said for sports bras. No matter if you’re a fitness novice or an avid runner, Moving Comfort has such a great selection of bras to suit every fitness routine.

After using the Moving Comfort Bra Finder, I found that a good choice for me would be the Calli Sports Bra. This particular style merges both the encapsulation and compression methods, resulting in a bra that provides incredible support and comfort. It fits me like a glove and keeps the girls “looking up”. While this bra is made for high-impact {tennis/soccer/running bra}, I find it is also great for when I do yoga and my other workouts. I even wore it on our camping trip because it is just that comfortable. It doesn’t shift around {no chafing underarms!} which allows me me to keep my focus where it needs to be … like not wobbling during my “Warrior One” pose.
