W/W Four Eyes Part Two
Perhaps you read this post where I showed the mister’s glasses…Well unfortunately despite how flexible and light they were, they ended up becoming quite the nuisance. They were constantly slipping down his nose and just wouldn’t stay put, no matter how many times he tried. He gave them a fair chance.
When he picked out frames again, he asked me to come along. It was fun watching him try on all sorts of frames. I gave my opinion when asked, but ultimately he made the final decision. I think he did well. That dark blue in the frames really makes his blue eyes pop! Perhaps it’s better seen in person.

I like his frames. I had flexible frames but I found that they were a pain with the kids – they were too easy to rip off my face. I chose hard metal frames now and find they work out better.

I have a picture of Kai in Del's reading glasses when she was 2. They are upside down. It's the cutest thing ever! Charlie's pic reminded me of that. Sooooo cute!!!

The perfect glasses are hard to find! I have a very small nose and always have a hard time keeping frames on my face.

He (and you) did a great job picking out new frames! My hubby picked his own out recently and I'm still trying to get used to them since they're a huge departure from what he's worn for years.

I like them! Being a person who wears glasses, I know how hard it is to find that perfect pair and what a commitment it is. . you have to wear them every day!

I wear glasses and it's so hard to pick out a frame for myself. hopefully next time, I'll be able to get a great one that fits my face.
