Simple form for review and/or giveaway requests.

Because my family is my priority, I am quite selective with what I review and which companies I work with. I’m extremely passionate about handmade and products made in the USA. For food products they must be certified kosher with a hechsher {orthodox}. And preferably certified organic.

Review policies:

I do not charge for reviews. I offer my opinion about products/services/sites that I feel my audience would be interested in. If your product/service/site is not a good fit, I may decline the review.

Since I actually use products when providing product insight, products are not returned. If applicable, please supply enough product so that I may form my opinion. e.g. I cannot form an accurate opinion based off one application of lotion.

Giveaway policies:

Please contact me if you would like me to host a giveaway for your product on my site. Giveaways will be family friendly.

Giveaway prizes are to be shipped by sponsor unless another agreement is made beforehand.

All giveaway winners selected randomly.

My standard entries for giveaways are as follows – {unless otherwise stated}

Required entry – Visit company website & leave a comment stating another product that interests the reader.

Extra/optional entries – Encourage connecting on Twitter and Facebook. Newsletter subscription if requested ahead of time.
Along with other optional entries like subscribing to my blog, daily tweeting, etc.

*** I do not ask my readers to update their Facebook status, upload a picture, or write on a company’s wall/page.  Facebook has no affiliation whatsoever with giveaways hosted on my blog. ***
