With all the different types and brands of juicers available in the market, especially when most are quite heavy on the budget, making a smart choice does become difficult. That is why I’m sharing with you guys my very thorough and honest Aicook juicer review. So, let’s dive right in.
A few months back, I needed to buy a new juicer machine because my old one (which I had bought at a very high price) broke down and wouldn’t work anymore. I did some research, asked a few friends and neighbors and finally picked one. This time I decided to go for this Aicook Centrifugal Juicer which I got at an amazingly low price.
Back when I got it, I still wasn’t sure if it will work as desired because I use my juicer on a daily basis. But now, after using it consistently for so long, I honestly think buying it was one of my best decisions so far. Read on to know why.

Aicook or Aicok?
In case you are wondering what brand this Aicook is? Or is it the same as Aicok? Let me clarify that first. Aicook is basically a sub-brand of Aicok. Though still emerging, it has made a great reputation in manufacturing small kitchen appliances and gadgets of high quality. A reviewer has commented it to be “the Black and Decker of China” which speaks of the reliability of their products. High-quality, affordable juicers are their specialty.

Quickly making its way to the bestsellers on Amazon and other retailers, this compact juicer from Aicook has so much value to offer for your money. I have mostly used it to juice apples, celery, oranges and carrots. But you can easily use it to extract juice from a number of fruits and vegetables including cucumber, lemon, ginger, watermelon, kale and other leafy greens.
The juicer has 3 speeds: 1 for soft fruits and veggies like oranges, cucumbers etc., 2 for harder produce like carrots and ginger, and a third one for instantly reaching the maximum speed of 18000 RPM and recovering after release. As it is a centrifugal or fast juicer so you can have your juice ready in a few seconds to a minute literally, as opposed to masticating or slow juicers.
The 3″ wide mouth also allows larger fruit chunks to be dropped into it, thus reducing the prep time immensely. With my previous juicer, I used to spend so much time cutting the fruits into smaller chunks before juicing them. I don’t have to do that anymore and it’s such a relief. I have even made apple juice by cutting the apples into halves and feeding them to the wide juicer chute and it works perfectly; no blocking or heavy sounds from its motor, thankfully.
Aicook has also built a froth separator in the juicer machine so you don’t have to worry about too much froth in your juice or using a strainer to take it out yourself. Meaning? Less work for you and clean and clear fresh juice, which you can watch through the transparent juice collector too.
Assembling the Aicook Juicer
When it comes to assembly and disassembly, this is just the simplest thing. Fewer parts already mean less complication, and when they too fit so easily, that’s a blessing because you need to assemble/disassemble it often for cleaning purposes. Once in place, just secure the unit with the safety arm and it is all set. It’s a good security protection too, so that you don’t accidently start it without locking.
I’ll list down the simple steps for assembling the juicer here, though you will not be needing them because, well, it’s that simple.
1. Fit the filter holder inside the unit
2. Place the stainless steel filter inside the filter holder.
3. Fit the pulp collector beneath the rear edge of the filter holder
4. Attach the transparent lid
5. Lift the locking bar upwards to secure
6. Place the juicer cup under the juice spout
Cleanup and Maintenance
Once you are done juicing, you will need to disassemble the juicer for cleaning. First throw away the pulp that is left over after juicing. You can then clean all the plastic components by simply rinsing with water.
- Tip: Rinse the plastic parts with lukewarm soapy water for perfect cleaning.
The juicer also comes with a small cleaning brush, which is exactly what you need to clean the stainless steel filter. Just use the brush to take out bits and pieces of fruits or vegetables stuck on the filter and then rinse it thoroughly. You’ll see for yourself that cleaning this thing is a breeze and you’ll be done with it in 5 minutes at max. So not only is the juicing part faster, but the cleanup is also very convenient and quick.
It is advised not to put the juicer parts in a dishwasher. But I have tried that too, quite a lot of times actually (when I’m just too lazy) and not a single thing has had a problem. But that’s just me. If possible, you should probably stick to washing by hand, which is equally simple because of no complex parts.

- Great performance at this price (beyond my expectations to be honest)
What could have been better
- The juice collector is a bit small so need to empty it in between by pouring the juice into a larger jug
- A bit noisy as compared to slow juicers
